How will I get paid for my car?
We pay on the spot when we pick up your vehicle. Payments are typically made by check.
Do I need to wait for payment after my car is picked up?
No. You get paid immediately when we pick up your car—no waiting, no bank transfers, no delays.
Can I choose between cash or check payments?
We currently pay by check.
What happens if my payment check gets lost?
If your check is lost or stolen, contact us immediately. We will verify the transaction and issue a replacement check if necessary.
Is the payment guaranteed?
Yes! When we pick up your car, the payment is guaranteed, as long as the vehicle matches the description you provided.
What if the payment amount is different from the offer?
The amount should always match your accepted offer. If there is a discrepancy, contact us immediately before completing the sale.
Are there any hidden fees that will be deducted from my payment?
No! We never charge hidden fees, and towing is always free. The amount we offer is the amount you receive.
Do I have to pay for towing or pickup?
No, pickup and towing are always free—there is no charge to have your vehicle removed.
Will I receive a receipt for my payment?
Yes. Our tow driver will provide a receipt when picking up your vehicle.
Can I receive a direct deposit instead of cash or check?
At this time, we do not offer direct deposit—all payments are made by check at pickup.
Can I get paid through PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle?
No. We do not process payments through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or other electronic payment apps.
Can I get paid in installments or partial payments?
No. We only pay in full at pickup—we do not offer installment payments.
What happens if my payment check bounces?
This is rare, but if it happens, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement payment.
What if I change my mind after receiving payment?
Once the car is picked up and payment is issued, the sale is final and non-refundable.
Can I sell multiple cars at once and receive separate payments?
Yes! If you are selling multiple vehicles, each car will have its own separate payment and receipt.
Will my payment be delayed if my car is picked up on a weekend?
No! Payment is made at the time of pickup, regardless of whether it’s a weekday or weekend.
What if I am not home when the tow truck arrives—how will I get paid?
If you can’t be there, we can make alternate arrangements for payment. Contact us in advance to discuss your options.
Do you pay more for classic or rare cars?
Yes! If your car has collector value, it may be worth more. Let us know when requesting your quote.
Can I negotiate my payment after pickup?
No. Once the vehicle is picked up and payment is made, the sale is final, and no further negotiations can be made.
How do I ensure I get the correct payment amount?

Do you offer higher payments for newer cars?
Yes. Newer vehicles typically receive higher offers, especially if they are in good condition or have valuable parts.
Can I trade my junk car for a discount on another car instead of cash?
No, we only pay in cash or check—we do not offer trade-ins or discounts on other vehicles.
What if I receive a higher offer from another company after I’ve been paid?
Once the sale is finalized, the transaction is non-reversible. We always recommend comparing offers before accepting one.
Can someone else accept the payment on my behalf?
Yes, but they must have written authorization from you, and we must be informed before pickup.
Can I request my payment in smaller bills or a specific form?
No, we pay by check—we cannot accommodate special cash requests.
What happens if my payment gets damaged before I deposit it?
If your check is damaged or unreadable, contact us for a reissue or replacement payment.
What should I do with my payment after receiving it?
